 Despite a huge glacial flood in Mýrdalsjökull sweaping away a bridge and a big chunk of a road - Icelanders always find solutions...

 In order to minimize the effect on tourists travelling around Iceland, special equipment was mobilized to transport cars and people over the damaged road and bridge, keepin the Ring Road nr. 1 open !
